This top was originally a loose tank top I found at the thrift store. I cropped it, sewed a lettuce hem for the trim, added a scrunch for the bust area, and attached a bow to the center! It reminds me of Emma from the show "H2O: Just Add Water" :) I totally think she would rock this top so I named it after her! ๐๐๐ซง
